you're ok
I came on 28th January to visit a friend who is in the home. I had difficulty parking my car because one of the few places available had cars on either side had parked very close to the white lines of a small space, I left it there hoping one of the cars would move when I went to check when I was in reception one of the carers came in I asked he if he could help me out. He was so kind and helped me out I thanked him on the spot but would like to pass on to you how well he represented the establishment as a kind friendly place.
Professional and safe environment.
1st class food and cleanliness.
Caring and patient staff 24/7.
Well done to all staff and management for providing this service, deserve a well-earned pat on the back!
I wish to express my grateful thanks to the staff of the Meadowgate Centre for the care, compassion, dedication and professionalism that has been shown in caring for my brother during his time there. Everyone has been equally conscientious, compassionate and caring. My grateful thanks to you all.

- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
