Totally happy with the resident's care, he is having a positive experience living here, staff are very informative, helpful, caring and friendly.

Lovely new building and surroundings, coffee shops etc, close by and Loughshore park.

Willow Tree is a great care home. Staff and management are brilliant with the residents and are treated with care, respect and dignity always there if you need to chat. I would highly recommend them.

Overall Experience

Sadly my father was admitted to Willow Tree last year after a fall and could no longer stay at his own home. since his admittance, he now receives excellent care and all of his needs are met, I feel that Willow Tree offers the safe surrounding that my father now needs.
