My husband is a day care visitor to Bankview on a Saturday & Monday. I visited Bankview before applying for care and was impressed by the standard of the premises. He is collected by minibus approx 9.30am & returned home at 3.3.pm approx. I cannot praise enough of the care taken by the staff in helping my husband, as his mobility is not good....

This was the first time my father had been sent to a care home and the experience couldn't have been better. He was looked after very well by a friendly and caring team. They even got him up out of bed and into a wheel chair to mix with fellow patients.

Since my mum started attending the day centre, she has truly blossomed. She is so much happier and really looks forward to going. Its wonderful to see her come home smiling & relaxed and she speaks so fondly of the staff and how caring & kind they are.
