I'm so grateful to the director and his team, they have been part of my husband's care for the last couple of years. He has Dementia and is a double amputee with other health problems. They have improved his quality of life so much, as other care agencies have ignored him as a person and his needs.
The director and his team have shown care and compassion for him, they are like friends for him, The Hub they run for others with disabilities has a programme with activities and excursions and chance to mix with other people. Amazing team.

Very pleased with the level of service and care provided. Many different activities on offer take place both inside and out of the setting, whether it be making/baking, to a stroll along the seafront. Lovely small groups which means activities are suited to the individual and gives it a more personal
touch.
We have used the service for 12 months plus and there is always a smile on our relatives face upon coming home, indicating that they have had a good time.

Really impressed with the manager and the team at You Care and We Care Support. From the selection/matching of the right person to help my mother, through to the professsionalism of communications about finances, it's a pleasure to be working with this team to make things better for my mum. Their care
feels tailored, without being over-demanding with the communication and administration.

We cannot praise this company and all the staff enough. They have all worked wonders with my son and provided him a friendship and plenty of variety and stimulation in the time he has been there. He not only says back to base tomorrow but also likes talking about what he has done on the day and who
with. Really pleased with such a nice group of people that provide a service of excellence that words cannot describe. Thank you so much for everything.

  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 5 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Adult Day Care Centre is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.870 for You Care & We Care Support Services Ltd is calculated as follows: ( (47 Excellents x 5) + (7 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 54 Ratings = 4.87

    5 points are available for the first 5 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months: 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.5 Points for each of the next 4 Positive Reviews. (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.5, 5th = 0.5)

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for You Care & We Care Support Services Ltd is based on 5 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.5 = 5
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Adult Day Care Centre does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Job Title: Support Worker Joined: 2024

Hi, I'm Julie. I have over a decade of experience studying and working in Health & Social Care, Children & Young People and Adults in a variety of settings.

I was introduced to You Care & We Care when I was volunteering at Yeovil Hospital. At the hospital, I visit people with Learning Disabilities who have been admitted to the hospital for treatment and advocate for them during consultants/doctors visits to ensure each patient understands the treatment they are agreeing to.

I work part-time, and my role is to educate and advocate for each client to experience and have a full, meaningful life in the community by delivering person-centred care, considering each person's abilities and capabilities, which is in keeping with the company's ethos.
