Job Title: Operations Director
Joined: 2024
Following an extensive career relationship building and connecting individuals to essential services working closely in Residential Adult Social Care, I am now the Operations Director at Bloom, leading the business on all fronts with a clear mission: to offer a variety of exceptional care services tailored to the unique needs of the community.
The Eaton Grove Community forms our first Day Centre and allows us to provide comprehensive support to adults that remain living at home in the community but wish to join us for weekly sessions for social inclusion services or dedicated dementia care allowing respite for existing carers. We strive to provide the highest standards of care and monitor our care outcomes closely through developing close relationships with our clients and their loved ones. Our approach goes beyond simply building packages of care; it’s about fostering an environment of trust, excellence, and meaningful impact for everyone involved to ensure that people have the opportunity to thrive.
Myself and the team look forward to welcoming clients through our doors!
Job Title: Care Team Leader
Joined: 2025
With over 5 years of dedicated experience in the care sector working in a residential and nursing home, I have witnessed first-hand the profound impact that compassionate support and understanding can have on individuals and their families. My journey has been driven by a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those living with dementia, ensuring that they are treated with dignity and respect.
Throughout my career, I have obtained my Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma, and pursued further education in key areas such as Mental Capacity, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Wound Care, Medication Management, Stoma Care, and Care Planning. This knowledge allows me to provide holistic, person-centred care that meets the unique needs of each individual I support and I am thrilled to use all of these skills in my role as Care Team Leader at The Eaton Grove Community!
