The staff are helpful and caring and try to organise daily activities to suite the many requirements of elderly residents. Their task is not an easy one and they have to take criticism from those who don't necessarily agree with the choices made. Sanctuary do sometimes take a long time to rectify repairs but I understand that is mainly due to costs....

This home is not at a good standard. The staff are rarely here on the weekends and the security is lax. The meals at the restaurant are poorly priced, there is no option to have a small portion, the only option is to have the full portion at full price and this is too much food at too high a cost for some people. The attitude of the staff is very mixed...
