Staff numbers have been reduced to the point where care which Norse is contracted to supply is not being met. We have been misinformed about the services Norse should be supplying. A very welcoming home, very peaceful - outside very tidy flats are some a bit small but fine for one person. You certainly get your steps in with the long corridors.
