Lloyd Court

My mother was a resident at Lloyd Court for 15 years until her death in April. The love and care she received from all the staff was second to none and she was so happy there. The staff became like lour family. They were happy to let us hold the commemoration of my mother Angela's life at Lloyd Court so that the people who cared for her and lived with her in the last years of her long life could be there. It was so lovely to hear their memories of her. She was 99 when she died and we truly believe that her long life was partly due to the excellent care she received. Our whole family would like to thank Lloyd Court from the bottom of our hearts for everything they did. Gerda

I have never in the last 4 years been as happy and worry less, as I am here at Lloyd Court. Every one staff and other residents are very kind and friendly, I never want to go anywhere else.

My brother has been at Lloyd Court since January this year. I have found the staff to be very caring and considerate. In a world where so much is about cutting costs for profit they strive to provide a good environment.

They have lots of regular activities organised for the tenants and my relative is the happiest she has been in a long time since moving here.

Until recently this was a happy and contented place to live. Now, both residents and staff are dissatisfied and unhappy with the present regime.

There are regular afternoon activities for residents to take part in. Mum particularly enjoys the craft sessions, visits from pupils at a local school, and the monthly church service. There are several other activities on offer too.

I would highly recommend Lloyd Court as a wonderful, safe and supportive community

All the staff are very caring and look after my 98 year old mother so thoughtfully with great kindness and respect

I just wanted to say a public 'Thank you' to all the Team at Lloyd Court. My elderly mother is becoming increasingly frail, which is heartbreaking to me. The incredible loving care given by everyone at the home makes it more bearable. Thank You x

I have nothing but praise for all the staff and everyone here. I would recommend staying here to everyone. I would give it 5 stars out of 5 its so good and friendly and clean I would not want to go anywhere else.

I was sent here for a short period after discharge from hospital. I could not have been better cared for. All the staff that I met were friendly, polite and caring. The accommodation, flat was more than I expected. Living area with basic facilities I.e. kettle, fridge, sink, microwave, comfortable furniture and TV. Attached was the bedroom with en-suite facilities. The food was of good quality and the whole building was kept clean and tidy. All in all my time there I had no concerns.

Building/accommodation are of high quality but what makes a difference is the staff. Everyone is kind, caring, helpful and respectful.

Since arriving here last October I have been made welcome and all staff have been very friendly and I have felt 'made welcome'! All care staff made me feel 'nothing was too much trouble' for them to do. I have made friends with several residents here and all 'extra' activities have been varied and enjoyable. I am very happy with my move to Lloyd Court. Staff and management are all super.

All staff excellent, helpful, sociable, caring and most excellent accommodation, room/flat/area. Staff there if you need them, availability, considerate, amazing. Couldn't ask for better.

I'm a friend of a resident. I am so impressed with the care and support from all the carers and staff that when my time comes, I would come here and recommend Lloyds Court. My friend is so happy here, he has always got a smile when I visit.

I have been at this home for 3 months and settled in quickly. It is a very good and happy place where much kindness is shown by all the staff and care is excellent, nothing is too much trouble for them. Accommodation is excellent and being able to have one's privacy is good.
