Always really helpful and supportive of Neal. Staff always inform me if Neal has a fall at home etc.

From the word go I had the feeling that I was important and all was done to make me feel welcome. In a difficult situation, I got exceptional help. All the staff are friendly and helpful and I'm starting to feel at home here.
