Care staff and management are great, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are very caring and efficient in the job they do. I wouldn't have managed the last few months without them.

Absolutely blown away by the care provided at Dell Rose Court. Spent a few days in Norwich visiting my aunt who is there and everyone we met was kind, supportive and willing to help in any way they could. Any questions were answered quickly and any requests were met as fast as possible. My family feels
so much better knowing my aunt is being taken care of so well. I can only hope when I need a care home I can come here or find one just as good. Thank you to everyone we met during our stay. You warmed my heart and calmed my fears about having my aunt in your care.

Dad has been in here for a few years now. The new manager, who is lovely, has been in place for several months now and is an amazing manager. All of the ladies in the office are lovely, kind and caring even though their job is admin-based, they still care. As for the carers and the domestic staff ...
wow! The selection of carers and domestics that work at Del Rose Court are simply amazing, they are kind, considerate, and they really do care and treat the residents like their own family and that is truly lovely to see. I know he has his favourite carers (most of them to be truthful) but, in my opinion, I think they are all amazing. Just for full transparency, I'm not affiliated with Del Rose Court, nor any of the staff. Should I ever need care, I'd be more than happy to go live here. And it's not just the carers, the domestics, cooks, all of them are lovely. Thank you to all at Dell Rose Court!

The staff are kind and caring and encourage my Mother to join in the coffee mornings and activities, although she is reluctant to do so. If I am concerned about any matter the staff are keen to help. My mum was a resident for four years and was a difficult woman to deal with. The staff at Dell Rose Court treated Mum with the utmost respect and made Mum's life a lot easier in her final year at Dell Rose. Making sure her medical needs were taken care of, phoning doctors and medical providers and keeping
me informed of anything I needed to be aware of. The staff looked after my mum with care, compassion and dignity. Even when Mum died in hospital they were very helpful in the fact they talked about Mum and how because she was a big character she would be missed. All management and staff have been a tremendous help since and I think that they should be commended on how they try their hardest to make residents feel at home.

My mum felt very safe and well cared for at Dell Rose. The staff were always kind and caring, and the communication with family was excellent, even with the Covid lockdown. I would recommend Dell Rose wholeheartedly to anyone looking to find a caring, safe environment for their loved one who needs security
and some help but still wants some independence and their own things around them. Also, the interior wood and colours are warm and welcoming.

Every day I thank God for my happy home. This is a good place. I am treated with care, kindness and love. My visitors are made welcome. The carers should have an allowance for waterproof shoes and summer dresses.

Dell Rose Court is such a lovely independent living assisted care home with 24hour care. Our Dad has in Dell Rose over the past year has been extremely well cared for by such lovely staff and management they have also encouraged getting Dad involved in activities etc. and the family feel Dad is safe
and well. So many thanks from all the family.

From the domestic right up to the manager, I want to say a very big thank you. I'm overwhelmed by the care and dignity they gave my dad, Dad called Dell Rose his 'forever home' and if we could rate Dell Rose it would be outstanding.

Mum had a very happy 2 years and 4 months at Dell Rose Court and was always looked after extremely well by lovely carers. As a family, we cannot thank everyone at Dell Rose enough for the excellent care given in what became eventually a really difficult situation. As Dell Rose is housing with care and
Mum's health worsened considerably, sadly it became necessary for her to move into a nursing home. The compassion, kindness, understanding and support was not only given just to Mum but all the family too. Carers, team leaders, managers alike were all so good to us.

I want to commend the staff and management at Dell Rose Court for the care and compassion they provided with my mother in her final days. They ensured that she was able to stay in familiar surroundings which was important to her as she thought of everyone there as a family.
The staff ensured that mum
was comfortable and not left alone for long periods of time. They went above and beyond their remit and usual responsibilities and made a difficult period of timeless traumatic.

My mum was extremely happy at Dell Rose Court. She considered it her 'home from home' after she needed to move into care. Having her own flat meant she maintained as much independence as possible and she was able to keep her precious keepsakes around her. She made friends among the residents and
staff and lived a full life there. She enjoyed the surroundings and the organised activities. Everyone was warm, kind and friendly with her, and the staff often went 'the extra mile' to care for her. Thank you all so much for caring for my mum.

My mum has been living at Dell Rose Court for over three years. The care and kindness have been exceptional she has always been treated with dignity and respect and given autonomy to live her life in the way she chose too. In the last few weeks, my mum has received the best end of life care that anyone
would wish for and us a family received wonderful support to help her through her final days.

Job Title: Registered Manager

I have worked in Health and Social Care Sector for 30 years; working as a nurse and paramedic before moving into residential care. My career has been spent working with people and my motivation is to make a positive difference in an individual’s quality of life.


I became Manager at Springdale earlier in 2019 to take up a fantastic opportunity.


I am now excited about the opportunity I have at Dell Rose Court to enhance the experiences and outcomes of people living here and also to support the staff team to strive for excellence and provide high-quality care.
