I have lived at Richard Newcombe Court for 18 months. The flats are really lovely and well adapted for wheelchair users and able bodied people. They are well maintained and very comfortable . After a hospital visit I had to have personal care for the first time. The carers made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. They were thoughtful, caring, professional and helpful. I would like to say thank you again for your help and reassurance. I will not hesitate in future to use this service again if needed.

Ihae only been a resident at Weavers Court for a few weeks but any misgivings I had about becoming a permanent member have more than been settled. The staff are excellent in every way and I consider myself fortunate. The staff are really professional and very good at what they do. Many thanks!
