Rats in the garden and in the car park at the front. These were reported a week ago and still nothing has been done. Repairs are taking months to be carried out, some are not done at all. Residents keep getting told there is no budget to cut down trees which are overgrown, the garden is a rat-run....
Rats in the garden and in the car park at the front. These were reported a week ago and still nothing has been done. Repairs are taking months to be carried out, some are not done at all. Residents keep getting told there is no budget to cut down trees which are overgrown, the garden is a rat-run. Leaves pile up outside the front entrance this is a slip hazard. Residents are too afraid to use the gardens because of the rats. The whole place is shabby. Residents were told Wi-Fi would be installed, again they are now told there is no budget for this. Complaints go unheeded. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially as the rent is almost £200 per week for a tiny one-bedroom flat.

We apologise for your recent experience at Moxley Court. I have been in touch with my team to follow up on your review and the issues listed, I understand that you have been in contact with our team, who have your complaint.A pest control service was contacted on 17th July and a job has been created for their attendance to the site. The trees are vast and whilst the gardens are maintained by our gardening team monthly, to have the trees cut down is extremely costly and we are trying to figure out a way. We will ensure that any leaves are blown back onto the garden or cleared as required. Wi-fi installation has not been offered to residents by GreenSquareAccord as this is for the residents to arrange should they desire.
