RBLI's Supported Living scheme is at the forefront of UK's housing for Armed Forces veterans based in the beautiful Aylesford veteran village. Queen Elizabeth Court has 40 apartments which are for people aged over the 55 who have served in the Armed Forces, and their spouses. RBLI's own CQC registered domiciliary care agency gives the opportunity for every resident to receive access to daily help with independent living, incorporating 24-hour emergency assistance.

At Queen Elizabeth Court, there are plenty of opportunities to socialise amongst the veteran community. As Britain’s largest veteran village, the setting offers a range of amenities including an on-site restaurant, beautiful gardens and plenty of organised activities.

Queen Elizabeth Court apartment rental costs per week are £348.99 for a 1-bedroom apartment and £400.00 per week for a 2-bedroom apartment.

Frances English

Job Title: Registered Manager Joined: 2012

Frances English is the Registered Manager for RBLI Domiciliary Care Agency and manages both Queen Elizabeth Court and Greenwich House.


With a background in nursing, the charity sector and public service – all whilst being an ‘Army Wife’ for over 30 years – Frances has great experience in what our veterans desire and expect. High standards, governance and compassion are at the heart of what she does and this spills over to her hard-working and loyal staff.

Donna has worked at RBLI for over 6 years and joined the RBLI Care Agency in 2021. There is nothing she cannot turn her hand to whether its staff rotaing, resident care planning or cooking she is always ready to support people.
