Worst carehome in the UK, phone is always on Fax, staff do not answer, care is very poor. Riddled with bed bugs, staff not for filling care of residents. When evacuated with infestation personal belongings were skipped or stolen. It's so bad our friend attempted to commit suicide as when moved...
Worst carehome in the UK, phone is always on Fax, staff do not answer, care is very poor. Riddled with bed bugs, staff not for filling care of residents. When evacuated with infestation personal belongings were skipped or stolen. It's so bad our friend attempted to commit suicide as when moved back he still had bedbugs in his room. This is the true facts that others are afraid to report.
