Extremely neglectful to service users. This place should be shutdown and mentaur as a whole should be brought to justice for there shameful inhumane actions. Truly abhorrent place to live with mostly disinterested staff and abusive power hungry management team. Absolutel shambles.

We are extremely disappointed to read this review and categorically reject the serious allegations that have been made.While we fully respect the right of people to express their views, we also have a duty to correct statements that are demonstrably inaccurate and potentially misleading. Comments describing our staff as abusive or our management as acting inhumanely are entirely inconsistent with the findings of independent professionals who oversee our services. As an example, a full Quality Monitoring inspection carried out by West Northants Council in July 2026 rated areas such as Service Management, Care Planning, Safeguarding and Service feedback as EXCELLENT and Medication Management and Audits as GOOD.
We welcome genuine feedback, whether positive or negative, as it helps us continually improve. However, we also have a responsibility to challenge allegations that are false, unsupported by evidence and capable of causing unjustified damage to the reputation of our service.
