Greenwich House is a stunning purpose built 24-apartment complex with onsite CQC Registered domiciliary care for veterans, or their spouses, aged over 55 years of age. The dedicated team offer care and support to those residents who need it whilst ensuring independence and dignity is always a priority.

Greenwich House apartment rental costs per week are from £348.99 for a one bedroom apartment on the ground and first floors. A larger one bedroom apartment on the second floor is £370.96.

Council Tax is payable by the tenant; Greenwich House is a band B at £1,831.26 per year.

Frances English is the Registered Manager for RBLI Domiciliary Care Agency and manages both Queen Elizabeth Court and Greenwich House.


With a background in nursing, the charity sector and public service – all whilst being an ‘Army Wife’ for over 30 years – Frances has great experience in what our veterans desire and expect. High standards, governance and compassion are at the heart of what she does and this spills over to her hard-working and loyal staff.
