My dad was looked after for 1 week of respite care while my mum was in hospital. He didn't want to go at the start and didn't want to go home at the end. Activities going on great staff and food he enjoyed and they were happy to adapt meals for his dietary requirements. I cannot thank them enough especially
as this was at short notice for a very confused gentleman who was kept safe, clean happy and fed. As this is a new facility and many of the rooms are still hotel rooms there are some issues with steps into rooms and a lack of easy signage to find a way around but this was mostly solved by the very attentive staff support.
