CFT Care provide supported living services to people within a range of purpose built properties and support them to live as independently as they are able, within their own homes;.

They support in the region of 100 people with learning disabilities, 70% of whom have additional complex needs. Around 350 fully trained staff provide the very best care and support that they can, ensuring additional specialist focus is given to improving a person's quality of life whilst also promoting Active Support and reducing challenging behaviour through specialised Specialist Positive Behaviour Support. They are a supported living service who promote a person-centred approach. Support packages are tailor-made around an individual’s own needs. Their aim being to maximise an individual’s independence including running their own home. Responding to the ever changing needs of clients and of local communities, they provide a quality personalised service whilst also investing in their staff teams to ensure that they are skilled, caring and confident in the services they deliver.

CFT encourage and support every individual to become an active member of their local community, a lifestyle to support reducing the risk of an individual becoming socially isolated and empowering them to develop and maintain social and life-skills along their journey.
