Apartments are designed as a retirement solution for residents who can live independently but need some elements of personal care and support. Rents and service charge are affordable and housing benefit eligible.

All apartments have their own front door and a Juliet balcony. There is a fully fitted kitchen in each apartment with an oven and hob and white goods (washing machine and fridge) are also included.

21 car parking spaces (of which 3 are disabled) available for apartment residents and visitors on a first come first served basis - plus 2 electric charging points.

Generous community space to support residents’ social activities including a wonderful rooftop garden terrace.

There is also an on-site Bistro café open to the public for residents, their guests and visitors to meet and enjoy some refreshments.
