Overall Experience
It was my mum's birthday and everyone who was in the lounge residents and carers etc.. made my mum feel really special on her birthday. I took a cake in and they brought it out singing Happy Birthday. Mum has dementia and it makes such a difference knowing that everyone looks out for my mum. So big thankyou to all working at Balmoral.

Overall Experience
I have been stay at Balmoral Place for more than three years. The staff are good and always go above and beyond. I'm happy with the accomodation. The management is excellent there always there for me all the time.
