Bridge House

Bridge House is a supported living service in the quiet village of Surfleet, Lincolnshire, approximately three miles from Spalding. It supports adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities and autism, providing person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, dignity and personal development.

The service provides a homely environment where individuals are supported to develop confidence and practical life skills, including cooking, budgeting, household tasks and community participation. Residents are encouraged to pursue their interests, build relationships and work towards personal goals at their own pace, with support tailored to their individual needs and preferences.

Bridge House offers four bedrooms within the main house, three with en-suite bathrooms and one with a private bathroom. The property also includes two self-contained apartments, each with an open-plan living area, kitchen/diner, separate bedroom and en-suite facilities, providing greater independence and single-occupancy living.

Communal areas include a shared kitchen/diner, living room and light, airy conservatory opening onto a large rear garden. The kitchen and outdoor spaces provide opportunities to develop everyday living skills and enjoy social and leisure activities.
