St. Brelades is a new fully renovated care home in the Cimla area of Neath. We are due to open on the 3rd September to provide residential and nursing care for the older person. We are currently recruiting for a team leader position to join our excellent team. We are looking for applicants with elderly care experience and experience of leading a shift. The post will require you to work 36hrs per week on a fulltime contract. With a view to working every other weekend. We offer extensive training, a competitive salary and an additional performance bonus on a monthly basis.
