Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, reliable Senior Care Assistants to be part of our care team looking after our residents who live with dementia.
Ideally, you will hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent and have good knowledge of CQC fundamental standards and care legislation. You will have good leadership skills and supervisory experience, medication administration experience as well as being a mentor and support to care staff, ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure
