Position: Night Senior Carer  
Hours: Full-time, rolling rota (3 nights on, 3 nights off)  

Are you an experienced carer with a passion for providing exceptional night-time care? The Yews Residential Care Home is seeking a compassionate and skilled Night Senior Carer to ensure our residents' well-being throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the night care team, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Conduct regular checks on residents to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Administer medications and manage residents' medical needs.
- Handle any emergencies or incidents promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide support and guidance to night care staff.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior care role or similar position
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A caring and empathetic approach to caregiving
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care (NVQ Level 3 or above preferred)
