Registered Manager

Registered Manager required for 38-bed dual-registered Residential/Nursing Home.

·       Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the line managers for the service

·       Liaise with the provider, ensuring all necessary reports are sent timely

·       Create and uphold an open, positive and inclusive management culture

·       Develop and communicate strategic plans for the service

·       Oversee the implementation of the service’s policies and procedures

·       Maintain the CQC rating of the Home at ‘Good’ or higher

-       Evaluation of the service’s goals and quality objectives
