  • Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

We are seeking a proactive and professional Administrator at our brand-new Manor Park Care Home.  

Based on-site in the picturesque town of Malton, you will be responsible for handling enquiries, coordinating visits, and ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for all visitors. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who is confident, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Ensure resident and staff records are regularly updated.
  • Provide support to residents and families, both in person and on the phone.
  • Process weekly staff hours and monthly payroll.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate room allocation and availability.
  • Ensure HR files are up to date, including Right to Work, contracts, and DBS checks.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Assist the Home Manager with daily administrative tasks and requests.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong administrative skills and experience in a generalist administrative role.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and HR processes, with a good understanding of customer service.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to confidently communicate both in writing and over the phone.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
  • Comfortable using various systems to input and manage data
