We are seeking a caring and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Norwood House in GB. This vital role involves supporting our elderly residents with daily activities and ensuring their well-being aligns with our commitment to compassionate care.
Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily routines to promote comfort and independence.
• Implement and follow care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
• Support residents in engaging activities that enhance their quality of life.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and observe any changes in residents' health.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver holistic support.
• Promote dignity and respect in all interactions with residents.

Qualifications * Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support elderly individuals.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience or familiarity with care home environments is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately.
• Valid driving license is advantageous for supporting mobility needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and patience.
• Basic IT skills for record keeping are beneficial but not essential.
