Reviewer Connection to Norwood House
Submitted from a Website Submission by Steve J on Wednesday 4 November 2015. Relates to November 2015.
This care home has gone from strength to strength over the past year. This is due to a new Manager and management initiatives, willingness of the owner to spend money to improve the facilities, and new staff who are making a difference.
It is nice to go into the home and see the staff interacting with the residents, and keeping them active.
There is still more money being spent at present. For example a new Sensory Garden is being built, which I presume will be ready for residents use in the spring.
Keep up the good work!
