Visiting
- The home warmly welcome visits from family and friends. They do not have set visiting times, allowing flexibility to suit your schedule. However, they kindly ask visitors to avoid meal times and to refrain from visiting during unsociable hours, such as very early in the morning or late at night, to ensure the comfort and well being of all residents. Young children and well behaved pets are also welcome, as they understand how important these visits can be for residents' happiness and connection to family life. If you have any questions or would like to check the best time to visit, please don’t hesitate to contact the team.

The treatment that was given to my father was caring, generous, professional and very helpful to dad and me as a family member when the end was near. The staff had got to know dad and had a rapport with him. He became very close to all the staff and had a laugh at most times with members of the team. He was sometimes very stubborn but they knew exactly how to get the best out of him. I want so say that the manager was more than just a manager but a very caring and considerate member of this home. I thank them for the care they gave to dad at the time he was here.
This care home has gone from strength to strength over the past year. This is due to a new Manager and management initiatives, willingness of the owner to spend money to improve the facilities, and new staff who are making a difference.

It is nice to go into the home and see the staff interacting with the residents, and keeping them active.
There is still more money being spent at present. For example a new Sensory Garden is being built, which I presume will be ready for residents use in the spring.
Keep up the good work!
Thanks
