Provider Clinical Governance Lead (Adult Social Care) 

Olea Care Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Adult) to join us as Provider Clinical Governance Lead. This senior, provider-level role focuses on clinical governance, quality assurance, and learning across our residential and nursing services. It does not involve direct clinical practice or operational service management. 

Working closely with Directors and General Managers, you will provide credible professional oversight, identify and escalate risk, support improvement activity, and contribute to regulatory readiness. This role is suited to a pragmatic, values-driven nurse with strong professional judgement who is looking to step into provider-level governance.
