Job summary

Assisting Chefs: Fetching and carrying items,
replenishing ingredients, and performing other tasks as directed.

Maintaining Hygiene: Ensuring food preparation
areas are clean and sanitary.

Other Duties: Disposing of trash, organizing
storage areas, and potentially assisting with plating and serving.

Food Preparation: Washing, peeling, chopping,
cutting, and portioning ingredients.

Cleaning and Sanitation: Washing dishes, utensils,
pots, and pans; cleaning kitchen appliances, floors, and work surfaces.

Stock Management: Unloading and organizing food
supplies, checking expiration dates, and rotating stock.
Skills / Qualifications:
