Clare Mount

My husband has been in this care home for 4 years and I have never had any complaints about his care. The staff are marvelous on the ball with everything including any medical issues informing me about everything. He is always kept clean and they are vigilant with his toilet care as he is incontinent. I couldn't have asked for a better home for him.

Clare Mount is a friendly environment for my grandad. The staff have always been very helpful, and we have always been grateful for the help they have given us and my grandfather.

Clare Mount Care Home. My wife has been in the above care home for nearly 2 1/2 years. Her care is exceptional, all the carers do a fantastic job and tend to all her needs. I would give this care home and carers a score of 100 out of 100.

This care home, in my opinion, is the best care home ever - they truly care and look after my mum so well. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I rate it excellent.

Staff are brilliant, this place is lovely and caring. My mother-in-law was in another home, and that place is nothing compared. To me, coming here is like coming to my extended family. They have got a mural of my wife and myself in her room, which gives a personal touch. The management is very helpful.

My dad has been at Clare Mount care home for 3.5 years now I can't fault the care here. He's well looked after. I get peace of mind when I'm not here, I'm not anxious as I know he's regularly checked and the staff actually care about the residents. I visit my dad so often I actually see this. If I ever had to go into a care home myself I hope I'm looked after in the same way.

The people who work here are all fantastic. Very calm place. I feel very happy that I have found the perfect place for my Father to spend the rest of his time. Love the place.

My cousin has nobody in England as all his siblings live in the USA, so I go to visit him. His care in this home is second to none, I am really impressed with everyone I have met. Their care is excellent. I would recommend this home to anyone!

My mum has been a resident here for over 3 years. She is very happy and content. All the care staff are excellent and caring. I can relax knowing Mum is well looked after.

I'm very pleased that my dad is at Clare Mount Care Home. The manager and staff are very caring and are able to give him the care and attention that he now needs due to his advanced dementia. It gives me peace of mind to know he lives here and is looked after by professionals who know how to deal with his 24-hour care needs and challenging behaviour. Thank you.

My mum has dementia and moved here from another care home. She was extremely underweight but in the four weeks she has been here she has gained weight. The staff are wonderful with Mum and have put my mind at rest many times. I am extremely happy with the care Mum is receiving at Clare Mount Care Home and would recommend it to anyone.

I am happy with my stay at Clare Mount Care Home. The management was supportive with my needs and one member of staff is a very good, responsible person in this house. The manager is a good person who cares about everything and another member of staff is supportive.

My Mother suffers from Dementia. Since taking up residence in this home she is a completely different person. She is happy, calm and confident. The staff are all incredible and treat my Mum like family. They are so supportive to her and us and nothing is ever too much trouble. They treat her with love, respect and dignity. They keep us as her family fully updated in all aspects of Mum's care. We have a really great relationship with both staff and management. We can not thank them all enough for the outstanding care support and love they give. They have made what was a heartbreaking situation bearable and we can not thank them enough. If it was not for these amazing people I don't know how us as a family would be able to cope. To see Mum happy and cared for is a huge relief for us all. Just knowing that she is safe and well means the world to us.

I have been in a number of care homes visiting family members, and have found Clare Mount to be the best I have ever seen. The care given to my uncle is excellent, the staff are so patient with him. It can't be easy providing care to people who struggle to understand they are unwell, my uncle gets easily confused but I have seen that they help him very much. He is very settled. The chef is lovely and carers well with a varied menu.

Mum has settled wonderfully well at Clare Mount. It's natural to worry about putting a loved one in care, but the welcome at Clare Mount and the professional caring attitude of staff, has been very reassuring. Mum is thriving under their expert care. Highly recommend.
