About the Role

Cooper House Care Home is seeking compassionate and reliable Bank Nurses to support our dedicated care team. This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexible working hours while delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

As a Bank Nurse, you will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards, supporting residents’ health and wellbeing, and working collaboratively with care staff and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care

• Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records

• Monitor residents’ physical and mental health and respond to changes appropriately

• Support and guide care staff on clinical matters

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Ensure compliance with care home policies and regulatory standards

About You

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)

• Caring, professional, and committed to high-quality care

• Able to work flexibly, including days, nights, and weekends as required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable, but not essential
