Vicky has held Registered Manager and Senior Manager roles for 25 years in Residential, Dementia & Nursing homes. These include: Registered Manager, Regional Support Manager, Regional Manager & Divisional Director.

She is very passionate about delivering excellent and person-centred care and support, and leads by example in everything she does.

Vicky also prides herself on being an instructor in Shotokan karate and holds a 3rd Dan black belt, has won gold medals in several British & World Championships.

I’m a Registered Adult Nurse and healthcare leader, passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting communities. With over 7 years of experience across the NHS, private sector, and local government — including practice nursing, clinical drug trials, operating theatres, refugee health services, and Covid clinics — I bring a broad and compassionate perspective to healthcare.

Uzair has been working in Cooper House for the past few years as a Deputy Clinical Home Manager. He is pursuing his Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care. Uzair is passionate about driving continuous improvement, supporting teams to grow, and ensuring the highest standards of care for every individual.

My name is Courtney, and I am the Unit Manager of the Residential Unit at Cooper House, where I have worked for 10 years this June. I began my career at Cooper House as a carer and have progressed through several roles, including activities team member, senior carer, and, for the past two years, Unit Manager. I am also a qualified CHAPS - Care Home Assistant Practitioner.

My progression through multiple positions has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of both frontline care and leadership responsibilities. In my current role, I oversee the day-to-day management of the residential unit, ensuring high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered.

In addition to leading the team, I support the wider management team with governance processes, CQC notifications, safeguarding responsibilities, audits, and higher-level operational tasks. I believe I play an active role in maintaining compliance, promoting safe practice, and ensuring the home meets regulatory standards.

I am passionate about supporting both residents and staff, fostering a positive team culture, and continuously improving standards of care. I am committed to my professional development and looking forward to undertaking new qualifications to further strengthen my leadership and strategic management skills.

Dorota is an experienced Regional Manager with a strong background in healthcare leadership and operational management, currently overseeing services across Bradford and the North West.

With extensive experience in managing multi-site operations, Dorota works closely with Home Managers to support high standards of care, strong governance, and continuous improvement. Her approach is hands-on, supportive, and focused on enabling teams to deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.

Previously a Home Manager and a qualified General Nurse, Dorota brings a deep understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Her leadership journey is underpinned by a Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership, alongside specialist training in investigations, performance improvement, and project management. Dorota is currently further developing her strategic leadership skills by completing a Level 7 NVQ.

Dorota is passionate about creating positive cultures where staff feel supported, and residents feel valued, safe, and respected. Her key strengths include Infection Prevention and Control, Dementia Care, Healthcare Management, and Service Development, combining clinical expertise with strategic oversight to enhance both resident experience and operational efficiency.

Outside of work, Dorota enjoys photography, travelling, and learning new languages, reflecting her curiosity, creativity, and commitment to continuous learning—qualities she also brings into her professional practice.
