About the Role
We have a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As a Job Title joining our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents you will:
· Assist the Hotel Services Manager in the provision and maintenance of a high quality, nutritionally balanced and well-presented food service.
· Prepare and cook food following menus prepared by the Hotel Services Manager.
· Supervise and support employees in catering duties.
· Check kitchen supplies comply with stock control systems and maintain accurate records as required.
You will assist the Hotel Services Manager in the provision of a high quality and efficient food and beverage service for our residents and employees always giving customers a prompt and courteous service.
Prior experience is desirable but not needed, as we will give you all the training you need to be successful in this role.
