Hours: 8pm – 8am, 2-week rolling rota

Your Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our care team, ensuring every resident receives person-centred, compassionate care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing night shifts
  • Administering medication safely
  • Supporting residents with personal care
  • Care planning and reviews
  • Overseeing team performance and ensuring compliance with CQC standards
  • Maintaining a safe, supportive environment for residents and staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a care setting, ideally residential
  • Hands-on care delivery experience
  • Knowledge of elderly care needs
  • Care Level 3 Diploma or team-leading qualification (desirable)
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent timekeeping
  • Flexibility to work across all shifts
