Due to an internal move, we are seeking a talented and experienced care quality professional to join our Care Leadership team as our national Director of Care Quality. You’ll be supported by a highly motivated, competent and dedicated team of quality, insight and service improvement colleagues who with our operational teams directly influence the quality of life for thousands of older people and help shape the future of care at Anchor.

We are looking for a leader who understands the regulatory landscape, the delivery of high-quality care and is values-driven, with:
- Senior level experience in a quality role delivering regulated Adult Social Care in England (CQC)
- A proven track record of delivering compliant high-quality care and operational improvement within a large provider of older peoples residential, nursing, dementia and homecare services
- The presence, credibility, and relationship-building skills to motivate, influence and inspire colleagues at all levels
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of older people.
