Hawthorn Court is looking for a Night Care Assistant to support residents overnight in our friendly, close-knit home. This role suits someone confident in night-time care who values teamwork and high standards.
About Hawthorn Court
We are a 22-bed residential care home providing specialist dementia and elderly care. Our team works closely together to deliver compassionate, person-centred support.
Your Responsibilities
- Night-time personal care and comfort checks
- Supporting mobility and continence needs
- Offering reassurance and companionship
- Assisting with early morning routines
- Maintaining infection control and safety standards
What You’ll Bring
? Minimum 1 year UK care home experience
? Dementia care

? Calm, compassionate, and reliable approach

NVQ/QCF Level 2 or willingness to work towards
