Rota: Flexible bank work, including some weekends as required

Ocean Living Care Home is seeking compassionate and reliable Bank Care Assistants to support our day team. This role is ideal if you’re looking for flexible hours while making a meaningful difference in a small, friendly care home overlooking beautiful Mumbles Bay.
About Ocean Living
Ocean Living is a small, 14-bed residential care home with a close-knit, family feel. We provide personalised care for older adults, including those living with dementia, in a calm and welcoming seaside setting.
Your Responsibilities
As a Bank Care Assistant, you’ll support residents during the day by:
- Assisting with personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting safe mobility, positioning, and transfers
- Helping with meals, drinks, and nutrition
- Offering companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes
- Maintaining cleanliness and infection control standards
What We’re Looking For
? Kind, patient, and respectful approach
? Confidence working
within a small team
? NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social
Care (preferred)
? Registered with Social Care Wales (or willing
to register)
? Previous care experience desirable
