Care Assistant

Job summary

We are currently seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals in need. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and eating- Support individuals with mobility around the care home or in their own homes- Help in the implementation of care plans tailored to each resident's needs- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided- Assist with light housekeeping duties as needed

Experience:- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable- Ability to drive is advantageous for home visits- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills- Basic IT skills for record keeping purposes
