Location: Rockbeare - Just outside of cranbrook 
Hours: Full-time 
Salary: Competitive, with enhanced rates for weekends and overtime

About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will take a lead role in supporting residents with dignity, compassion, and respect. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and mentoring care staff

  • Administering medication and completing accurate documentation

  • Working alongside management to maintain high standards of care

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with residents and families

  • Helping to create a warm, safe, and homely environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a care role (senior experience preferred, but we will support the right person)

  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (or working towards it)

  • A warm, patient, and compassionate nature

  • Reliable, positive, and committed to high standards

  • Someone who values teamwork and brings kindness to everything they do
