About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will take a lead role in supporting residents with dignity, compassion, and respect. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting and mentoring care staff

Administering medication and completing accurate documentation

Working alongside management to maintain high standards of care

Building strong, trusting relationships with residents and families

Helping to create a warm, safe, and homely environment
What We’re Looking For

Experience in a care role (senior experience preferred, but we will support the right person)

NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (or working towards it)

A warm, patient, and compassionate nature
