Job summary
The Abbeyfield Loughborough Society is a not-for-profit charitable organisation that provides specialist dementia care, and is run by a committed Board of Trustees.
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Bank Senior Carer to work at our specialist care home on Westfield Drive.
We are also recruiting for experienced day and night carers who are willing to take on a bank senior contract also . .
Please note, we are NOT able to provide sponsorship and we need applicants to have the right to work in the UK with no restriction as this contract is above 20 hours.
Requirements -
* You will need to have 2 years relevant experience in a health or social care setting working with older people.
* NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
* Able to demonstrate empathy and understanding of the needs of older people
* Be able to effectively supervise individuals and a team.
