We specialise in dementia care and our aim is to provide a safe, dignified, and homely environment which promotes well-being in our residents. We follow the principles of person-centred care, seeing each resident as an individual with unique qualities, interests, preferences, and needs rather than simply focussing on their illness or abilities that they may have lost. Fee rates will also be calculated depending on the care needs of the resident.
Please keep in mind that we are a Residential Care Home rather than a Nursing Home.
These prices are only a guideline, please contact Abbeyfield Loughborough to find out the exact price for your requirements.
Open visiting. However it is preferred that visitors avoid mealtimes, unless joining relatives.
On-site parking, but parking is also available on the road for an hour, or longer with a parking permit, available from the main reception on Westfield Drive.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at Ingleside House. We are sorry and surprised to hear of the issues you have raised here as no concerns were raised during your mother's stay with us and you reported that you were very happy with her stay. We are continually making improvements to the environment, with work starting this month on a new sensory room and cafe room. We have had a recruitment drive and now have our own permanent staff covering the vast majority of our shifts. We are pleased to see that your overall experience was 4/5. If you would like to discuss the issues you have raised, please get in touch with our management team who will be very happy to meet with you. We want all residents and families, past and present, to have the best experience in our care home.

Hello, my name is Sharon. After 25 years of being a mother and housewife, I decided to return to work once my four children had grown up. I began as a laundry assistant before being promoted to Housekeeper, where I oversee domestics and laundry. I strongly believe in promoting dignity and respect for all of our residents, and I’m still here and enjoying my job after 12 years!
