Job summary
As our Activities Coordinator, you will:
- Plan and deliver a varied monthly programme that includes group sessions, small?group activities, and personalised 1:1 engagement.
- Create dementia?friendly, sensory?rich experiences that support comfort, connection, and emotional wellbeing.
- Provide meaningful activities for bed?bound residents, ensuring no one is left without stimulation or companionship.
- Support end?of?life comfort engagement through gentle, compassionate presence and personalised comfort activities.
- Work collaboratively with care staff to ensure activities align with care plans and individual needs.
- Document outcomes clearly to evidence impact and support continuous improvement.
- Build positive relationships with families and the community to enrich residents’ daily lives.
