Duties

• Assist residents with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and mobility support
• Support the implementation of personalised care plans tailored to individual needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ wellbeing
• Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Assist with light domestic tasks within care environments
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all individuals under your care at all times
• Support clients with mobility and transfers

Experience

• Basic IT skills for maintaining records and updating care plans
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with clients and team members
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
