Job summary

The Victoria Grand in Worthing is a friendly residential care home that prides itself on providing good quality homemade food.

We're currently looking for a Supper Chef to work Monday to Friday. Can you work by yourself to cook good quality food?

There are up to 26 residents to cook for each day.

Working hours are 4 pm to 7 pm (3 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week). You will need relevant chef experience and a food hygiene certificate. (we can provide a test for food hygiene).

If you are interested in providing good-quality food, then we would love to hear from you. You will also need a current DBS check. The ideal candidate will also be able to cover for sickness and holidays for the other chefs.

You will be required to prepare food such as sandwiches, pizza, jacket potatoes etc for supper. If you were covering for chefs during the day, you would provide main meals and snacks, such as cakes or savoury snacks.
