I have always found the staff friendly and willing to discuss any issues. There always seems to be activities happening which I think is good for the residents, which is also good for the relatives who are encouraged to join in when able.

The staff at Victoria Grand showed compassion, humour and professionalism throughout my mother’s stay which lasted a few weeks short of 3 years. She was always dressed and up, when not in ill health, by 9.30 every day. Nothing was too much trouble, when she didn’t like the food that she was given which
was always fresh and varied, the chefs went out of their way to make her something that she would eat. This was often a problem but it was of my mother’s making not the chefs!


I cannot speak highly enough of the care my mother received and it was a big relief to me that she was happy at the Victoria Grand and she often told me how caring the staff were.
