Job summary

Middleton Hall have a fantastic opportunity for a Carer to join us. We’re a friendly community set within 45 acres of stunning grounds and we welcome applications from those who share our values and wish to be part of something special - helping our residents live their lives to the full.

The Opportunity:

-  Permanent

-  28 hours per week across 4 days (working a combination of 7am – 2.30pm / 2pm – 9.30pm)

-  Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota

-  £12.91 per hour

-  Working in our Middleton Gardens service

The Role:

-  Promote independence as much as possible - understanding the different types of care needs that may be required, whether this is assistance with personal care, memory loss, communication difficulties or behavioural changes

-  Offer daily support and assistance during mealtimes

-  Monitor and record resident care using our electronic care planning system – personalised for each resident

-  Building good working relations with family and friends to ensure our residents remain at the centre of all decisions.

About our Middleton Gardens service:

. The dining area has access to the garden and incorporates a fully operational kitchen, where residents can make their own hot/cold drinks and prepare snacks should they wish. We understand those seeking this type of residential care wish to be as comfortable as possible, with the reassuranceand peace of mind that that correct levels of care are always available.
