Job summary

We are looking for individuals who are flexible in their approach and sensitive to the care and support needs of Residents, therefore, you must enjoy the company and directly working with Older People. Our ethos in providing compassionate, dignified care whilst maintaining independence and choice is paramount in what we do at Langley Court.

You must be able to work as part of a team as well as demonstrate ability to work independently. This includes working as part of a dedicated team and build professional working relationships with residents and their families. 

Ability to work well under pressure, use initiative and demonstrate excellent communication skills is crucial.

Previous experience is desirable but the right approach and willingness to undertake full training is more important.

At Langley Court Rest Home we provide 24-hour Residential care and support to 26 elderly people, some of whom are living with Dementia and related illnesses.
