We’re seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to guide Tye Green Lodge Care Home in Harlow — a warm, contemporary 61-bed residence nestled within a quiet, treelined neighbourhood. Purpose-built with light, spacious rooms and thoughtfully designed communal areas, the home supports residents in living with confidence and independence. With a strong CQC rating of Good across every category, Tye Green Lodge stands on solid foundations and is poised for a leader with the vision and energy to elevate it even further.
What we’re looking for:
- Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
- Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills
- Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
- Above all, a compassionate, forward?thinking approach to care
